I used them for the first time the 8th of February, and I'm still waiting for my money... I exchange from AP to LR. They told me it's Alertpay's fault ( something about their policy changing), but according to Alertpay, everything has been done... Am I the only one with that kind of problem? Last time I used another exchanger and it just take 5 days... I’m confused here, it seems that everybody is happy with Swapgold…
