Global Pension Plan website re-appears…
In something of a repeat of last year the Global Pension Plan website went offline just before Christmas. It seems that domain registrations were not dealt with efficiently.
However, today an email was issued to announce that the website is back although under a different domain name. The new site, http://www.global-final-step.net allows members to login into their back office.
As part of the message members were also informed that there still 20,000 additional policies to be purchased which is an important step in the process. We’re told that the current agreement between the Trust Partner and Insurance company runs out at the end of February, hence the target is to sell these additional policies by then.
If this doesn’t happen a further delay will be incurred whilst a new agreement between the two groups is made. This clearly adds to the frustration of members as many similar schemes are indicating similar constraints and potentials for delay.
The question with Global Pension Plan therefore is what to do about purchasing additional policies. The needed investment is €10 per policy so the cost is not high. The problem is that many members are weary of these continuous delays and don’t really have the appetite for further purchases.
So, we find ourselves in something of a Catch 22 situation. If we buy will others, if we don’t how long will this whole process take to complete.
Personally I’m considering my position carefully and will decide early next week.

Between my wife and I we have a total of 36 policies.
So I do not really want to buy more. But what I do not like is the fact that we succeeded in getting 100000 policies sold and now nothing is going to happen unless we get 20000 more sold. That looks like a red flag in my opinion. Believe me, I want this to pay but these constant delays and extra policy sales is looking real bad for them and us.

G’day, 20000 x 10 euro, seems like a lot but its only 1 in 5 members take 1 extra, or 1 in ten takes 2 etc. in the last round I bought 40 and will probly take more again this time. The biggest problem I have found all along is getting decent trusted exchangers to get the gold to buy.

the message on November 2 had 26,500 policies, in 6500 sold out 2 months
policies,
and many members doubt and think that GPP is a scam, do not know if it’s true, GPP are honest or a fraud.
I dont understand how anyone still belive GPP will pay out, if they ment to or at least was hope for doing that, things have been looking totally differents.
Well it’s all out of our hands as far as if it is a scam or NOT! We have waited so long for this to happen. One minute we believe the next we doubt… ad nauseam. I am sure we have a lot more than the required 100,000 and like Rod said 1 in 5 to buy a policy and we will know whether or not this will come to fruition. Many have put in already and what’s one more! It’s not a huge investment anyway.
Ken it may be a red flag and you may be right but I keep thinking of the possibilities……
I say just buy one more damn policy before the deadline and wait and see what happens!!!
So both sides of the argument still seem to be well represented and once again it comes down to an individual’s decision. In talking to my family the conclusion was that further purchases would be slightly more favourable than to not. Haven’t quite made the final decision yet though.

I have really become confused about GPP. I have a correspondence that has become somewhat a friend. I’m also in his downline (fairly far down) and he keeps me in touch about what is going on. He is not a part of Gpp except for having many policies but he has friends that are with GPP. He has reassured me over and over that they (GPP) have already started paying out. He has friends that have already gotten their debit card. In fact, he says people are receiving them everyday. He tells me to just be patient and look for a white envelope with no return address. I really do believe he is honest and would not tell me this if it wasn’t true. I was also told that the latest to purchase are receiving their Debit cards first. I have e-mailed him many times to get reassurance and he always tells me to not worry but just wait and it will come to fruition.
Iam praying and thinking positively!!!!!!!!!!!!

I, like everyone else have tried to remain positive, because as a former Insurance Underwiter, I can see that the principal of this ‘scheme’ can work.
However , the constant ongoing excuses and BS are going beyond a joke. I too have purchased policies that have ‘disappeared’ from my back office after the second last website change. No amount of emails have ever stimulated a response…total policies ‘lost so far including from friends and rellies is – 13,+8,+39,+8,+20 and then a friend who had been buying for her grandchildren had her ‘gold purchase ‘ completely lost a total of $1700.00 for which they took no responsibility whatsover…
the latest nonsence about the ‘trial’in asia is another ploy…if you read the email advising us (we the members) that it was such a success that some of the members of the new syndicate had already recieved ‘some’ of their payment…is an indication of more BS.
this is all done to lull us back into a false sense of security..
Please God let me be wrong… I really would like to retire…and soon..
It would be interesting to see how many people have policies that have gone missing…I am sure it would add up to the extra 20,000 policies anyway, plus as a PS I remember when they said we could purchase extra policies and they would close the scheme as soon as they had 100,000 members and the sale of the extra policies had no bearing on that whatsover…that was last year in January…
and now I am going to have to cancel my boat order…..damn….
I certainly agree that this has been dragging out far too long. However, if it is/was a scam, I would see no reason to drag this out after the 100,000 was sold, it is not that much money compared to the total program. The sad part is that the principles can not communicate with us the members, who have put up alot of money. It shows a big lack of respect for the folks that made it fly. Having alot of policies, I am anxious to know -GO OR NO GO.

I have been like most of you, willing to make all sorts of excuses as to why the program has been delayed, stalled, and not come to fruition… so with careful and constant surfing the net I came accross the website that stated that the Finnish Fraud Squad had arrested the principals of the GPP and were in the process of confiscating the Million dollar properties they had obtained with the money. They (the Finnish Fraud Squad) were also looking overseas…it appears there were/are 10 people involved in this ‘scam’
Now, I also read the preliminary reports some time ago and had hoped they were mistaken…but I cannot see that this will now miraculously change and we all get our payouts..
My suggestion is to not make any payments…it is utter nonsence for them to come up with the statement that they need to sell more policies in order to be able to negotiate a better deal for NEXT time..what do we care about next time… we want the deal we all bought into..and that was , as soon as 100,000 pax joined the program it would be closed off and we would all recieve our dollars/euros within 2 months of closing…which should have been Feb 2009…
The fact that they took the scam to the asian countries and made a statement that it was so successful and they had already paid ‘some’ people ‘some’ of their monies (note they did not say ALL of their monies..they said some ! This should be a good indication of how we are being scammed..

The really galling thing about this venture is that it was ALL possible and do-able.
and if they had down the work they could have been richer than their wildest dreams..instead they are now going to languish (I hope) for a long time in a multi-million dollar complex..called jail..

what I can not explain it because the FBI or Interpol do not intervene on GPP,
from the January 8, 2010 there are no messages, nothing, silent all.
GPP I doubt that page, I’m not sure if it’s scam or not.

Wayne Mclean should be investigated further by making such statements.
But if what Wayne Mclean is true, it would be an injustice for GPP, would only be a few members delivering the packages and not the 100 000 members

People people people reports are everywhere that those things are arriving everyday. Some have waited for 4 years not just 2. Negative stuff out there everywhere. I could do the same – report negative stuff and some would run with it. I could report positive stuff and many will just question it. So… why don’t cha just let go and see what happens.
Amen to that. Choose to believe whatever you want, if you believe that GPP is a scam and look at forums you will find people that do not know anything more than us and say just that, it’s a scam.
I’m going to keep listening to Wayne mclean and believe that it’s going to be fine and that in the near future a nice package will arrive.

I’ joint gpp in 2006 with 120 downline. None of my members received any of this unfounded “mysterious gpp package”. We are in this together & I hope members who Really receive something fr gpp, please have a heart “share with us” within our back office (our private mail).
I’ve been following Wayne talkshoe since the begining & found no proof of knowing someone receiving something fr gpp!!! I’ ve had some direct communications with Wayne and he is not lying what he reported in his weekly community call. Problem is, that’s no way he can varify the “gpp packagees”. Personally he have not seen any, his information are mainly based on members “hearsay” reporti. Wayne is jusAMA member like us and he know nothing more then us.
My conclution is Wayne is only to promote himself offering “e-currency services”.
So members please do have a heart if you do receive gpp package. Please post “Arrived”. Remember members MUST stand together.

I’m from Germany. I joint GPP in 2006 with 6 of my friend and we’re waiting about the “packages”. We’ve not received any. I wish to believe the rumors is truth but how can we believe based on nothing??
In Europe so many rumors everyday some even say they can withdraw their funds! But we we check through the sources none of them is truth. We’ve been checking thousand rumors in Europe and found no proof at all. Some claimed with secure sources but when we check them individually no one can produce any proof.
We are angry and desparate. Hopefully GPP will not play us out

GPP should pay out, but their motives are not what you may think. Oh and all these programs are connected. Get your GPP money, invest some in the gold option program. I am saying all I can here.

A gentle reminder to all….. there is nothing that we can do or say to convince you and we are all in the same boat as you people. It would be great if we could actually give you names and copies of card or cheque but this is impossible. Best thing I can say is to just let go and go on with your lives. It will arrive when it arrives. We cannot make it come any sooner.

No package deliveries, no xyz cards. Did you get your email from gpp? I got many last night. The site has no functions and the email states that they want you to send them 20 eur “to help with mailing/courier cost” to recieve a “check” from them.
GPP site is GONE and I received email today from GPP admin asking for 20 euros help the Trust Partner process the final cheques.
I’m confused and cannot confirm the information.

Recieved email last night from my sponsor about the GPP payout process. Apparently each country has their own GPP special Agent and that they will be co-ordinating the payment process. Only one small hitch they want us to pay more money US$25 for a Silver debit card or US$75 for a gold Debit card. Apparently they have 20 banks they are working with and once you pay the money to a random liberty account they will send you the packages. At least it says the banks are paying for the courier costs.
Sounds like another gerat money making scam.

I have not heard of one report where anyone has received anything from the 20 Euro’s. I am hearing reports everyday now that many people have received a confirmation email when they have sent in for their cards. Some within 24 hours.

When Stella was around, she was much more CONSIDERATE with the members and explained things more so that people would keep calm although 4 years is a VERY LONG TIME. Especially when the whole GPP team and sponsors have made us believe that we could get paid in UNDER 1 year.
Posted below is the letter that all the members have received or have been receiving but no other mention of it has been made. Please let us know that You will SOON be paying us and that THIS IS FOR REAL. If you did not write this letter, you must also tell us, although in this e-mail you mention that the program will be closing and now the website says it is closing.
By the way, according to International Law, the cost of mailing the checks should ALREADY be included in the cost of the policies and you SHOULDN’T charge us any additional amounts. I would like to add, that the GPP website ALSO states that we will NOT have to pay any other amounts…………………….
Although I was not happy about it, I have paid for the shipping charges for myself and all my downline so that you pay us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

does any one actually know anybody that has received their packages. I have tried to stay positive but am finding it difficult to. I do not understand the the extra fee and for the package and have not paid it as of yet. Everything keep changes.

So just to confirm as i thought in for a penny in for a pound no one yet has any proof of payout from, GPP there are stories of GPP related issues in finland and the USA with a number of people arrested on the internet they are now dissaciated with the charity they stated they were affiliated with and no one has heard from them at all ?
hell if they paid me out i would shout Yippee great i defo got it but
i have not sent my twenty euros yet as i have about two dozen freinds that have tried it and so far no one has got theres. If anyone of them gets it ill pay in my twenty euros but no contact or resposne to twelve

with GPP always pleanty of communication when its nearly 100k policies
we are twently k policies short , we need some more money one more hurdle to go How about a GPP update that says of the 100k policies we have paid out 2000 people in this country or that country soemone should then be able to verify by a freind or a down stream
I work in UK finance and use TEPS for client portfolio planning and was asked by someone caught in this scam to explain as I explained to her .
I am amazed that folk don’t google TEPS and read all about them and the conditions that apply but I suppose if you dont understand how endowments work it may seem too good to be true
There are rules such as the policy needs to be in force for circa 5-7 years before it acquires any value, All these policies have to be in with profit funds and the assets of those funds are subject to legal requirements such as free asset ratios i.e they have to hold guaranteed stock such as cash and gilts as a condition of the policy offering a guaranteed return.( The sum assured and terminal bonus)
Because cash and Gilts offer low yields about 3-4 % the returns are low and every time the stock market dips they have to sell shares and buy in more gilts which means the percentage of the funds is heavy towards low yielding safe stock and there for in laymens terms a crap deal…this is why they are no longer offered ( Just read that one again)I had to smile to see someone buying 100,000 plans because logistically its just not possible
Where they came from:
Back in the 1980s 80% of UK mortgages were linked to endowment plans however due to market conditions it became obvious that these plans wouldn’t build enough bonus to clear the loans so folk switched back to capital and repayment and sold the policies for a percentage of the maturity value.
The bonus is paid as annual and terminal bonus the terminal is guaranteed one declared and payable either on death or maturity, the annual bonus isn’t guaranteed and can go up or down depending on economic conditions
So that’s why they need to be in force for about 7 years as below this the terminal bonus isn’t high enough and the wait to maturity is too log to make the yield attractive
If you could buy on of these plans and pay a premium so its in force the only value is on death until the first bonus is paid.
Folk confuse the fact that they are used for home purchase at a high value as meaning that the plan has a value when its actually the property that is used as collateral for the mortgage.
Think about it if you default on the loan the bank want the property not the policy.
Each year the policy pays an annual bonus ( not guaranteed) and a terminal bonus in addition to the sum assured and this is payable on death or maturity.
After about 7 years the yield on a 20 year policy ie 13 to go is about 7-8%% per year so folk use these as part of long term investment portfolios as they can be traded as assets or wait the term for the maturing amount which would just more than double the premium paid, the average value is about £15k
Has anyone heard any news about GPP.The last i heard was about an extra payment for delivery.And that the payouts has started???. We are a lot of people who has paid in money here and atleast i think some kind of information should come on the forum. The last i saw was 2 july 2010.

You must be patient with my poor English but I have to ask a few things!
Is there anyone who has contact with GPP directly or they have no contact with their several hundred thousand members?
I think it’s strange because there are many people who have paid but had their pages inaccessible for various reasons and these people will of course be without money if that would work against all odds.
I think this is very arogant of GPP.
I have put a lot of energy into this but I am beginning to think that this is a scam when nothing happens!
GPP should also go out on their website and talk about what applies and does not apply.
I have helped thousands of people with this and get lots of questions and when I can not answer these questions, which are only able people up and think this is a scam!
Lots of rumors yesterday, but as time goes on we see that they are not true.
All this makes it much speculation and rumor is described as gospel and I think this is very unfortunate.
Would be glad if someone could give me answers to these questions!

The Plan stated, ‘One time registration fee 30 EUR – Includes a Banking Solution with debit card.’ Why would we now be expected to pay additional, for a courier or card?
Yes it´s alittle strange the extra cost.Has it been anything on the forum about it?Or is it some one else who got the money??And why are they so quiet???.Here we have payed money to them and even some extra money for delivery.But what have we got.Not even some information about that they got the payments. It must be good to give us some information so we know.Even if it says that we dont get any money.Myself i´m not so sure this is over becouse it must be dangerous to fool so many people.Who knows how people react and if they are so afraid about scammers as they told us so should it be an rather unsafe future for them…
A friend of mine came across this website and asked me to post what I know. A group of people are going AGAINST GPP and there is a LITIGATION process underway so it’s only a matter of time BEFORE they HAVE TO PAY because there’s too many people involved. Maybe by the end of the month I will know more information regarding the court case. Let’s all keep our fingers crossed. NO ONE has received anything yet.

We have experienced some difficulties in the past with document delivery to your home address. We found the final solution – the courier service FedEx. Delivery in 5 -12 days (depending on your country).

FedEx Delivery takes place immediately after the payment of $ 59.
New debit card orders and upgrade requests are still accepted only until November 05th, 2010 just before the banks are closed in the holidays. All the new card orders will be processed for the first batch. Allow us to repeat the information one more time. There won't be a second batch. Payouts and debit cards issuing will be done in ONE batch and one batch ONLY. Members without debit cards will have no way to access their payouts so they cannot be paid. Payout funds from unpaid members will be distributed evenly per member to all members with a debit card.
Below is some additional information needed.
Instructions for requesting a purchase of additional policies or debit card order upgrade :
If you wish to purchase an additional policy, pay 15 EURO or 20 USD to either of the Liberty Reserve account, and put in the memo section : USERNAME + NUMBER OF POLICIES PURCHASED.
If you have paid for a Card and wish to upgrade, pay the balance to the same Liberty Reserve account you used for your first paid order and in the memo section, put in : username + CONVERT TO (TYPE OF CARD).
For example, if you have paid for a Silver Card and wish to upgrade to a Gold Card, what you need to do is pay the $50 balance to the same account you used before and in the memo section, put in : username + CONVERT TO GOLD.
If you have paid for a Gold Card and wish to upgrade to a Platinum Card, what you need to do is pay the $125 balance to the same account you used before and in the memo section, put in : username + CONVERT TO PLATINUM.
If you have paid for a Silver Card and wish to upgrade to a Platinum Card, what you need to do is pay the $175 balance to the same account you used before and in the memo section, put in : username + CONVERT TO PLATINUM.
- If you have ordered e.g. 5 Silver Cards but only wish to upgrade e.g. 2 Cards to Gold/Platinum, simply make two separate balance payments and we will know that only two of your cards have to be upgraded. If you wishes to upgrade all your cards, you can make the balance payments in one batch.
- Orders of e.g. 3 Gold Cards (total cost : $225) will not be automatically converted to one Platinum card, because we do not know if you wish to have 3 separate cards (for your spouse/family etc) or just one with a larger limit. If it is like that i think it´s a very strange kind of humor.
many are waiting and many have given up.And many are really sad about this GPP thing and the nonexisting information.
The worst thing would be to go to litigation. Firstly there doesn’t seem to be anyone that knows who and where GPP are. Secondly, although it IS taking forever we should continue to wait and see if this does come to fruition rather than jump the gun. This program will fail for sure if that is the case. And we will get a big ZERO!!!

It will.But who knows if it hasent allready.Not anything from them after 2 July.In this spring /early summer we got a mail that told us to pay a deliveranc paymet and then it should be dilivered..O,k.it dident tell us with year but what happend then??? Atleast we could get a sign of them beeing alive.
