I had read somewhere that someone had the inside scoop that the same scammers behind Imperia are also behind HCI. I have also heard that it is common practice for these things that the website will go down regularly when they are ready to close up shop and hit the road with our money. They'll put it back up with apologies and requests for more "policies" and then go down again. I've got money in both. Would be nice if it works, but I'm definately not holding my breath.
