Imperia Invest prolong the agony…
I can just see it now, the naysayers will be out in force blowing their own trumpet reminding us all how clever they were in warning us about Imperia Invest. If you haven’t heard already Imperia has posted a very brief update to the effect that database programming issues will delay access to the iBanking solution for another 2 to 3 weeks.
This further postponement is disappointing but hardly a surprise given the complexity of putting something like this together. It’s so easy to cry foul and gloat that Imperia will be yet another failure in the world of online investing. However, I’m sure I speak for many when I say that “we don’t want your spiteful and vindictive comments”. We all knew when we joined that Imperia, and others like them, carry an extraordinary risk and the end result may be failure.
We’re not naive children and if we end up with nothing then it’s our loss and nothing anyone can say will make a difference. The claim that dire warnings are issued to prevent others from falling into the trap is feeble and self-serving. It would be better if you kept your thoughts to yourself and let everyone deal with the situation in their own way.
A few more weeks won’t be the end of the world and if it turns out successfully then all the angst will have been worth it. For those who still have hope just hang in there and let things take their course. Don’t let the Imperia situation dominate your life, you need to focus elsewhere until things are concluded one way or the other. Ignore the naysayers and let them find others to irritate and offend.

Boy, do you sound like a cheerleader for Imperia!
Their carrot and stick tactics of encouraging people to buy the debit cards or banking solution is very unfair and inhumane. They could have told us in the beginning there would be extra costs for the cards.
By contrast, WPP said they are NOT going to ask for extra funds to get paid.
Imperia’s constant delays are very unprofessional, to say the LEAST!!
WPP I am not a cheerleader for anyone. My post is just to make the point that no-one was forced to put money into Imperia. You have your own opinions and I have been fairly tolerant in publishing them. I have always said that Imperia and others like it may prove worthless, however I took the decision to invest so I will make my own counsel when we know for a fact what will happen.
In fact I don’t think Imperia have been that bad with delays, things take time and I’d agree that they could be more professional about letting people know but they’re not so let’s take things as they are and deal with what comes along.
Well, at lease Imperia / WPP a little more “professional” compare to GPP!

If they were scammers I think they would have gone long before now.
I would feel a lot easier if they would send the cards out though. Surely they can be getting on with that while waiting for the other stuff to get sorted out. That in itself is a huge job, and is going to take even more time.

Friends I am from Colombia and apparently we have all been deceived. Imperia was the springboard for others to grow with our money for their own benefit. I’m from the U.S. and I bought my Silver card March 17th. Yes Ox. March 17th. I heard that the Platinum is going out first followed by the Gold then Silver. AND this is according to when you purchased it. Also heard that all over the world people are receiving the Platinum cards. Hope what I hear is true and not just false rumors.

Imperia stated that If there were participants that did not purchased the cards, that money was going to be redistributed among people that paid for their cards. I know that there are people that never purchased their cards. They haven’t redistributed that excess balance, therefore I lost hope in this program….. ALL LIES!!! no cards are coming!!

It´s right. The website “www.im….” is offline and pingcheck does not work. But try the IP of imperiainvest.net and you will see that ping works (33,38 ms). Imperia is still there. Hopefully busy to our benefits. It is as well possible that the webadresse will be connected with a different IP after the work has been done. In that case it makes sence that the certificate has not been renewed.

It is another update. http://www.yarfin.com fill out just like in the back office when you signed up. Then go to your email and get the new password in the email and log on (better yet click on the blue link in the email takes you there) (copy and paste the password they have small and capital letters) to to do the control panel and tell them how many memberships you have in the back office. Then while logged in go to the top of page and edit your profile and change the password back to the one you had or a new one. Do not loose it. This was just verifing you are who you say you are.
Submit and and your all done and ready for close out.

A simple thing: Why is the page down? Because they are working to integrate the platform and update the Web site.
Everything has been known in the news on the website. Did not make allegations or speculation that is not true.
It is also ridiculous and make claims that you will lose money. You invest 80 USD but it sounds like that most have invested millions of dollars.
For me, this is not anything different than I’ve been to a restaurant, cinema, and after the movie I took a couple of beers.

Regarding credit cards, so cards must be sent simultaneously or equally. everything else is a lie, no one has received credit cards, only those who have received cards for testing.
As members should all understand one thing: loyalty is the simple word all should meditate and practice.

The tension is high as Imperia Invest IBC’s site is off for one full week. As we wait patiently for them to come up, we believe that they are coming up with smiles for all investors because we have all endured since the month of May as per their first time table schedule.

I think the term October 15 is a rumor.The finalization of the accounts isn´t a tiny job which is ready in 5 minutes.There were late payments and disbursement of the money left etc.Only in fairy-tailes this could be finished immediately.Moreover updating takes some time and the site can be open after all jobs are ready.So they can´t send emails to members at the same time,it would slow down the process. Maybe they themselves don´t know exactly when the whole job is finished.It is frustrating but at the same time it is too soon to throw the gun into the rye field.Who has some idea of accounting job knows what I mean.

Yeah, that’s a first for me too — only read that on this forum though — about the October 15, Nov 15 and then silver later. I ordered a gold one back in March when they still were taking liberty reserve and I still have heard nothing. I want to be positive but am very frustrated as this should have been all ready by now. I can’t imagine collecting for a card when you really have none or still six months later–nothing. I also don’t know why the site is down still. To me, not a good sign — they should have at least e-mailed us or something — told us what they were going to do. I don’t believe it takes this long but I could be wrong to get new software loaded onto the site. I also thought they were going to be mailed all at the same time. Now, ppl reporting that platinum going out first and some have already gotten their money. I don’t think that was fair on Imperia’s part because everybody has been waiting and very patiently I might add. Anyhow, I do hope that we get it soon and if we do, please someone report on the forums — you don’t have to go into detail about it — just say it was received by you to keep us updated.

Busybee (post #37) it appears the source of information at talkshoe in not true. The weekend has come and gone, the website is not back up and there is no news. it appears nobody really knows whats going on. Everyone seems to be at best specualting and at worst just spreading rumours.
To all those so called uplines claiming that platinum cards have already been dispatched, I call you liers. By now there should have been a surge in members coming forward to say they received their cards but there have been none.
@mikee (post #40) you were the first to start rumours about platinum cards being despatched on Oct 15, Gold in november etc. I say rumours because you never verified your source of information and now your rumours have spread like wildfire through different imperia forums.
Lastly it is such a shame that Imperia did not inform its members with a final backoffice newsletter or email before they pulled there site down as to what would happen next.
None of us really know for sure what will happen, whether Imperia will pay or not, but we are all holding on to that little glimmer of hope.
I feel the “Bank in South America” now has the money and is collecting interest daily on it. They are holding out as long as they can. Imperia may no longer be in charge of sending out the cards. I feel FlexDirect is in charge of that.
That last that mt group leader heard was the “they” were dividing up the money from people who didn’t by the debit card. Every TEP was supposed to get and additional 44k. But that was 2 weeks ago and she hasn’t heard anything else. I admit it very frustrating and irritating, but we took a chance, and big gamble, on a big payday. So if doesn’t happen, life goes on. Corny, huh? ha ha
But I agree with Merline. I think the bank is getting tons of daily interest on the money.
We just have to wait. There is nothing else we can do.

I dont know what to believe again; I was very hopeful before but what I saw this morning terrifies me with great doubt, infact I saw a strange thing on IMPERIA web site.
Nobody should be posting if they don’t have any concrete evidence. It gives us false hope. when I read ” my upline said or my group leader said or I know somebody that knows somebody ” it make us feel that they are still working on this. Reality is that they ere long gone!!! there is nowhere to call, no tech support ( like there was always a reliable one ) It was so easy for them to take our money and run…..so, do we contact the internet police??? can I have my money back??? HCI25 has written an update – quite a lot of things may be happening behind the scene which are unseen to us. It is the same in Imperia Invest – we don´t know what exactly they are working on. So I think the best thing for us is not doing anything against the company because actions can only cause another delay for members who desperately need the money. I think Imperia can´t withdraw their money without members anyway.So stay cool and use the common sense.Aggresion can´t speed up anything.

I agree with Petula. We have waited too long to screw things up now. Just wait a little while.
Also about the website being closed or not working. Could it be that they have to redo everything because they are NOT taking orders for cards any more? Or could it be that they are working on a new website? Also they would have to “divi” up all the “unclaimed” policies to all of the remaining members. I am sure that will take a little….long…while. Just some things to think about before anyone goes all crazy and wants to report them to the authorities.

Yours and other’s patience have been requested by Imperia and for the end result there should be no limits or points of exhaustion of the patience that they require of everyone.
I think that a collective action would be a waste of time, it would be difficult to prove ill-intent, plus the program like any other financial activity usually has a “best efforts” clause, along with a financial risk statement.
My thoughts are that the mechanics are complex and it takes time to make things happen, especially good things.

Now that I and a couple of friends have had time to think more on this information. I want to pass on our view on Imperia. Notice I have also included Imperia ( using both the e-mails I have for them) in this e-mail. Since they are frozen we won’t be getting any word from them. But, perhaps if they are real we will eventually receive an official e- mail from them.

GPP has been investigated several time because of complaints coming from groups of people from different countries who have gotten tried of the wait.. The Securities Exchange from those countries always investigated and the company became frozen for several months. I do want to point out we never had paper work before like we have for Imperia (and seeing the documents sure sent us down the road of disappointment). However, once the investigation was through checking out the alleged fraud GPP would re open. GPP would tells us afterwards all the facts in their forum. And as many as you may re-call we were told to not make complaints as this only delays them more.
About Imperia
Notice the date of the document of the US Securities & Exchange Commission is for yesterday and the complaint is filed dated Oct 6th. The paper work is real, but it’s only a charge of a claim to be a fraud. Imperia will be investigated and frozen for several months before we know anything. If this claim turns out to be true….Well, we all knew we were taking a risk and tried to better our lot in life. If Imperia is real then it will be months before we get paid.
Lets leave a little ray of hope in our life, we certainly could use it.

I think if the assets are already in the possession of the disbursement bank or more banks,nothing can be frozen – the guys came too late. It would be good but we don´t have any info.If we receive the cards we will know everything is OK.Imperia can´t contact us.In the worse case everything will be delayed.We´ll see.
I don’t think that “document” has any bearing on the members that actually paid for their card. I think that the “document” is as a result of some of the members that would not pay for a card. If II is for real, our cards will be coming regardless of that “document”.

Ok I have a friend back east PA (usa) told me there is confirmed that someone already got a card but that person does not want to show a card on this blog so I can’t verify that for you. I also was told that there are few people in western PA has been recieved cards. I don’t know who is willing to show a card or their identifies for us on this blog. So I would not mention this on forum if it is not true. I know those people very well and they are IBC members, thus I do trust them. I would not make up or lie about this..why would I want to do like that to IBC members? If you don’t or won’t post my earlier comment, it is not my problem…it is your problem for not believing me. Everybody has to be awake,Imperia has sent the cards. the mails were sent last wednesday. it takes 4 to 7 days to get them.
Gotit if you must post unverified information then at least get it right. The rumour is that it will take 4-7 business days ( not calendar days ) to receive the Imperia cards which means Friday, 10th December at the latest.
In my time zone it is now 12th December and no delivery of my Platinum card not that I was expecting anything just based solely on a rumour.
