It seems that Global Nugget Invest has failed to make any inroads into the problems they were experiencing with their funds caught in Yardas bank. Even after the Admin and his legal counsel travelled to Cyprus to see if they could find a resolution the outcome has been failure.

In an email earlier today the announcement was made that the decision had been taken to close the programme with immediate effect. As much as I regret having to receive such news it is yet another example of an Admin who wanted to make a real difference suffering from the wrongs done by others.

If you had previously made a profit at Gold Nugget Invest then it seems you will receive no further funds. However if you are still to make a profit from your investment then the programme will ensure that you are paid out such that you receive 101.5% of your funds (including original investment). Instructions will be published in the next 48 to 72 hours.

Luckily all is not lost as there will be an announcement on Friday 12 March at 8AM GMT with details of a new private investment opportunity. Let’s see how this new phoenix will arise from the ashes.

Logging in to my SportArbs account today I was met with a notification page that warns people who try to abuse the referral system that they will not be tolerated. As in any online investment there are people who believe they have the right to cheat others and think that this is acceptable. Clearly most right thinking people would applaud SportArbs in making this stand. We’ll have to wait and see just what impact this warning will have.

Moving on there is also an announcement that if people are interested in arbitrage trading on their own behalf there is a new service available to provide this. But again before you can discover more you are presented with a short report detailing how recent calls on funds has been caused by the decision to part ways with Liberty Reserve in the New Year. They also address some requests for more transparency in their operations but don’t really accept that what is requested would actually provide any greater confidence so effectively reject them.

If you want to receive advice of potential arbitrage trades you can join the new site Betlines but be warned this is not a free service. Personally I’m happy to stay as a member of SportArbs as trading myself would take a lot of work and unlikely to be as successful as SportArbs itself.

Membership is now reported as well over 15,000 so the word is spreading and clearly there is money to be made.

All World Pension Plus (WPP) members should receive an email (perhaps even multiple copies!!!) asking them to visit www.yarfin.com so that they can provide their details to speed up the verficiation process when it starts.

The site is actually for Yardas who are the bank involved in the transaction. The details being requested are already on the WPP site so there is nothing sinister going on here. You should however make sure that the information you provide does match what is on the WPP site or they may be problems in the future.

As I’m in the UK the site came up for me fairly quickly and I was able to complete the form without any problems. The email does say that if you have trouble loading the site then leave it and come back later. This may well happen as US members begin their day so don’t be too concerned if you can’t get in straightaway.

Of course WPP is still under something of a cloud given their recent update introducing a new Hapton-Gratsos sourcing fund provider as their website is very new and hosted on the same server as Yardas. That aside I see no reason why completing this latest form should be a problem.

I thought I’d dash off a quick post as I travel down the East coast of England on the train (gives me an excuse to test the wifi service on the train!). Whether you are a first time visitor (and you are very welcome if you are) or a seasoned reader you’ll notice that I have a section on the right hand side of the page called ‘Featured Opportunities’.

I just wanted to highlight them as they form the backbone of much of my successful investing currently and if you haven’t yet researched them yourself then I’d make a recommendation that you do.

I am a big believer in PTV Partners as they continue to keep members up to date with what is going on but more importantly pay consistently on time. Last time I mentioned them my post was featured in their newsletter so it’s clear they keep a weather eye on what is being written about them which may not be the case in many other opportunities.

Genius Funds have encountered a problem in British Columbia and again are keeping their members appraised on what they are doing to deal with the issue. Unfortunately it means having to hire lawyers and the like but they clearly mean to settle any dispute in an appropriate manner so I don’t see any long term problem here. Once again they continue to make payments and keep members up to date with returns on their account.

The third programme is WBwso and again this is going well. You could almost forget that you have an investment with them as they rarely encounter problems and all the feedback I’ve read gives them a big thumbs up when it comes to doing what they say the will, that is making money on your behalf and you don’t have to do anything yourself.

So, 3 little beauties that I’d highly recommend you take a look at if you haven’t already done so.

If only we could rub that crystal ball and forsee the future life would be so much more stress free. And yet I don’t think too many people were surprised when Imperia Invest posted their latest news about how members can get access to their funds. Unfortunately, as predicted, there is a cost for this service and many people are questioning just why this is the case. Most comments I’ve seen run along the lines that Imperia Invest are just squeezing the pips a little harder before disappearing off into the sunset.

Where’s that crystal ball when you need it? Admittedly there are arguments that could be put forward which would justify a charge as many other opportunities have done this in the past. No financial institution would send out a debit or credit card without charging on the basis that they would get paid when the programme paid out.

Given that the news has only been available for a couple of days it hasn’t been possible for many people to access the Imperia Invest website to find out what all the fuss is about. There are 3 pdf files that give some details of what you will be able to obtain. Briefly, there are 3 options:

Silver package - $145 with a maximum monthly withdrawal of $5,000 per month

Gold package - $230 with a maximum monthly withdrawal of $10,000 per month

Platinum package - $450 with a maximum monthly withdrawal of $50,000 plus an offshore bank account

From what I can surmise most people are taking the view that they would purchase the Silver option for $145 and then once they get paid would upgrade to the full package. A big caveat here is that this strategy has not been tested with Imperia so it may not be possible to achieve. The other thing to bear in mind is that you have to make a purchase by 01 May. If you don’t do this you will not get paid. However, the payments will not start until June so we can’t even let others buy a package and see if they get paid.

So plenty to wrestle with over the next few weeks. When I look into my crystal ball I see people hanging on and hanging on and then in the last week making a desperate attempt to get a package as they would never forgive themselves if Imperia turned out to be genuine and they had convinced themselves otherwise. Like everyone else I am undecided at this moment and am hoping that over the next couple of weeks some of the questions being bandied about receive up front answers so that our concerns can be reduced.

If you would like a copy of each of the pdf’s please send an email to imperia @ onlineinvestingguru.com (remove the spaces before and after the @ symbol).

For many people relief of pain is the number one issue they face each day. Much of this pain can be laid at the door of inflammation. Conditions such as arthritis are a classic example of this.

Inflammation is caused by toxins from a variety of sources attacking our body cells causing them to deform and lose their ability to behave normally. As more research is done the mechanisms that cause inflammation are starting to be understood.

Of course this is little help to sufferers who need effective treatments sooner rather than later. One company that has recognised this need is the highly successful health and wellness company, TriVita. Already firmly established in the US and Canada health and wellness market they have recently expanded their products to include Nopalea. This is an extract formulated from a cactus found in the Sonoran Desert.

Ensuring the highest standards of manufacturing quality Nopalea has been hugely successful since its launch at the beginning of the year. Customers who have tried this new formulation have quickly seen results and are now living healthier lives with significant reductions in pain.

I’ve prepared a more detailed page about Nopalea which can be found here. Not only is it something that can alleviate pain it can also provide an opportunity to earn a significant additional income. This opportunity is only available to those in the US or Canada but plans are being developed to expand globally. What this means is that if you live in the US or Canada you are exceedingly well placed to join a business that whilst already highly successful has ambitious plans for the future. By joining this business now you will be in an ideal position to profit as expansion gets underway.

Some years ago I tried several opportunities based on Fixed Odds Trading. This is where you place a wager knowing what your potential profit and liability will be as soon as it is accepted. To me this was potentially a very good way to earn money without having to sit at a computer studying trends, charts and the like. Unfortunately, the systems I tried never seemed to live up to their promises and my experiment faltered.

I’ve never forgotten about Fixed Odds trading but haven’t really come across anything that offered this form of investment as a way of earning. Well, today I’m pleased to say that I received an email that contained what could potentially be a Fixed Odds trading system with promise.

As I read the sales letter I was struck by the simplicity of what you would have to do and by the fact that it only takes a maximum of 10 minutes a night to analyse and place a trade. Some nights the signals won’t be there so you may end up losing just 5 minutes of your time finding this out but at least you won’t have made a bad trade.

The author makes it clear that you won’t make large amounts of money when you trade (and yes there are losses) but even so the amounts mentioned when totalled add up to a very respectable additional monthly income. I should mention that the service is ideally suited to those who live in the UK as the signals to watch for can be checked for in the early evening. Now, this doesn’t mean to say that other countries couldn’t use the system but from what I can see the focus is on the UK.

As with any reputable offer there is a money back guarantee period so you have time to see if this would work for you knowing that you can always get your money back if it doesn’t. The author is looking to attract a maximum of 500 members so there is some limit on how many people can take advantage of this offer. To ensure you get the most from the service you will have access to a private website where you can read bulletins about that days trading so you can validate your own findings. There is also an email support service available to help answer any questions you might have.

The cost is £247 which if the system proves to work would be a very reasonable price.

Hot off the presses is a new newsletter from Gold Nugget Invest (GNI). This has been eagerly awaited following the wholesale revamp of the programme in January.

During the week I visited the members forum and the tone was not 100% positive. Many people were airing their frustration at the time it is taking for payments that were requested in early January to be paid.

The GNI newsletter acknowledged that there is a problem and tried to reassure members that they are doing as much as possible to overcome the delays. Unfortunately some people only want their money and care little for the difficulties that GNI face.

To be fair to GNI they do have a sizeable chunk of funds held frozen in the Yesalda bank in North Cyprus. This has meat that normal operations have been severly constrained and has led to the slow payout rate.

The newsletter does provide a potential solution to those who can wait no longer. A specific area of the GNI forum will be set up such that existing members who want to leave can offer their investments for sale. Clearly, it goes without saying that if you wanted to go this way you would have to offer a substantial discount to a prospective buyer plus also stump up a 20% administration fee to GNI.

To me this option doesn’t look that attractive even for the buyer as they will be purchasing what is in effect a virtual sum of money in exchange for their own hard cash and even if the discount is good you would still be taking a significant risk given current circumstances.

I do feel somewhat guilty in perpetuating the rather negative tone that is currently being reported about GNI and I hope that things will improve over the medium term but online investors are fickle and if they sense a problem their tolerance drains away very quickly.

I’m leaving my investment where it is and will make a withdrawal request in the window that starts tomorrow but I’m not expecting to see the funds that quickly especially as they are still making payouts for January.

Somewhat reluctantly I wouldn’t recommend anyone make an investment to GNI at the moment. Better to wait things out and see where your funds could be more profitable.

How cynical we online investors can be! Perhaps the pains and frustrations we’ve endured over the years really have made us cautious when we are told that good news has arrived. Certainly today’s announcement by World Pension Plan (WPP) that the Yardas finance group have found a financial angel to help them bring the programme to a close has raised some suspicions.

So, it probably won’t come as any surprise when I say that lots of people have headed off to do some due diligence on this ‘knight in shining armour’. Unfortunately their armour soon becomes highly tarnished. It seems that the Hapton-Gratsos website was only registered a few days ago and it resides on the same server as Yardas…doesn’t take Sherlock Holmes to work out what seems to be obvious.

One view is that WPP are just trying to generate additional income only to say at a future date that problems have arisen and things haven’t worked out…now when have we heard that sort of thing before?

Perhaps I’m just a cynic as well but you must admit it all seems somewhat too convenient. What really frustrates me is the number of people who complain about the poor or non-existent communication and yet we still get treated as though we would swallow anything that gets thrown at us.

I really don’t think that we will see any great upsurge in sales as a result of this news and it certainly wouldn’t encourage me to make any more purchases for myself.

Could we all be wrong? Of course it’s really impossible to tell until some proof is provided. Once again the jury is out!

Imperia Invest has published a new update that reveals more details about how things will take shape over the short term. It seems that it is still possible to purchase new TEP contracts until the 26th February. The site will then be offline from the 27th February until 01st March.

From early March members can purchase debit cards and learn more about the payment options available. So, clearly this is an upbeat message and it now looks as though one of the online investments may well pay out in the not too distant future. One thing of course is not to get too carried away as whilst I hate to say it no funds are actually yet available to us.

Luckily it won’t take too long before we are able to have more definitive evidence of where things are going.

The site itself is not accessible at the moment so it isn’t clear as to how investors would be able to obtain further TEP’s. Perhaps the site is being bombarded by users trying to find out more details. If they don’t make it clear how further policies can be obtained it might discourage people from going ahead.
